Our organization is a nonprofit with 501(c) (3) status. Community Health Fair does not charge the attendee for any of the medical or vendor services offered at the fair. Every year each attendee receives free flu shots, sandwiches, glasses, underwear and socks. One of our partners at the fair gives away free shoes. The only requirement is that the attendee go through a number of the medical screenings before he/she can receive any of the free give-aways.

We are currently in need of supplies for glucose tests, gloves, disinfectants, dressings and disposable items.

Any donations we receive are acknowledged and are tax deductible.
